🛡️ Every product sold on mixmelot.com is covered by a 24-month legal warranty on manufacturing defects, in full compliance with EU Directive 2019/771.
1. Legal basis
For EU consumers, the warranty is governed by Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in the consumer's country. This guarantee is mandatory and cannot be waived.
2. Duration
24 months from the date of delivery. For the first 12 months, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery (reversed burden of proof in favour of the consumer).
3. What is covered
- Product doesn't match the description, type, quantity or quality stated at sale
- Not fit for normal use
- Doesn't possess expected qualities and performance
- Manufacturing defects or material faults not visible at purchase
4. What is NOT covered
- Improper use or misuse
- Failure to follow instructions
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid ingress)
- Defects known to the customer at purchase
5. Your remedies (in order)
- Free repair
- Free replacement
- Price reduction if repair/replacement is impossible
- Full refund if the defect is substantial and repair/replacement fails

7. Return shipping
All return shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED. We provide a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection at no cost.
