Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms govern sales contracts concluded through mixmelot.com between EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED (Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller identity

2. Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Euro and are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed when the order is submitted.

3. Order process

The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the product page. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.

4. Payment — Cash on Delivery

💵 Payment is made in cash upon delivery (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount when the package is received. No advance payment is required.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation. Shipping is free across all served European countries. Pursuant to Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, delivery to EU consumers is guaranteed within 30 days from conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract under Directive 2011/83/EU. EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED voluntarily extends this period to 30 days for all customers. To exercise this right, write to info@mixmelot.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Legal warranty

Products sold to EU consumers are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED's liability is limited to the order amount. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence are not affected.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rules (Art. 6, Rome I Regulation). EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence.

10. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

EU consumers may use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
