Return the product in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, undamaged. Normal signs of inspection are accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for defective products, wrong items shipped, or transport damage â in which case EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED covers all return costs.
Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, by bank transfer to the provided IBAN.
